At SupplementSource, we stand behind the quality of our nutritional products and offer a 30-day return window for unopened items to ensure your total satisfaction. Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on perishable goods or supplements with broken seals.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the unopened supplements in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box.
Ship the Return
Send your package via a trackable shipping service to our central warehouse; please keep your tracking receipt until the return is processed.
Receive Refund or Credit
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
